Ducati has launched the 2025 Ducati Streetfighter V4 in India, introducing updated technology, refined performance, and new color options for one of its most acclaimed naked superbikes.

Specifications and Performance

The new Streetfighter V4 continues to use the Desmosedici Stradale 1,103 cc V4 engine derived from the Panigale V4 superbike. The powertrain delivers 208 hp at 13,000 rpm and 123 Nm of torque at 9,500 rpm, paired to a six-speed gearbox with quick-shifter and hydraulic slipper clutch. Ducati has tuned the ECU for smoother low-end delivery and improved throttle response in urban conditions.

Key specifications:

  • Engine: 1,103 cc Desmosedici Stradale V4
  • Power: 208 hp @ 13,000 rpm
  • Torque: 123 Nm @ 9,500 rpm
  • Transmission: 6-speed, bi-directional quick-shifter
  • Weight: 201 kg (kerb)
  • Electronics: Six-axis IMU, traction control, slide control, wheelie control, launch control, cornering ABS, and engine brake control

The suspension setup includes Showa Big Piston Forks at the front and a Sachs rear shock, both of which are fully adjustable. Braking is handled by twin 330 mm Brembo Stylema front discs and a single 245 mm rear disc.

Features and Technology

The 2025 model gains Ducati’s latest-generation electronics, including a revised TFT display with new graphics and improved menu navigation. Riding modes (Race, Sport, and Street) have been refined for more progressive delivery. The bike also introduces a new cooling system for enhanced thermal efficiency during track sessions and city traffic.

A new “Grey Nero” livery joins the traditional Ducati Red, enhancing the motorcycle’s aggressive visual identity. LED lighting, aerodynamic winglets, and lightweight aluminium components reinforce its superbike DNA.

Price, Variants, and Market Context

In India, the 2025 Ducati Streetfighter V4 is priced at ₹25.59 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The V4 S variant with Öhlins electronic suspension and Marchesini forged wheels is priced at ₹28.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Streetfighter V4 competes with top-end naked superbikes such as the BMW M 1000 R, Kawasaki Z H2, and Aprilia Tuono V4 Factory. Ducati aims to strengthen its streetfighter portfolio as demand for hyper-naked motorcycles continues to rise among performance enthusiasts.
