Kia has confirmed initial details for the upcoming Syros EV, with the Kia Syros EV launch expected in early 2026. The compact electric SUV is set to bring modern features, new battery options and urban-friendly practicality.

Body

The Kia Syros EV will enter the rapidly growing compact electric SUV India segment, positioned as an urban-focused option with modern design cues. While full specifications are yet to be revealed, early reports indicate the model will borrow much of its styling from the ICE Syros, along with EV-specific elements such as aero wheels and a dedicated charging port on the front-left fender.

Battery options are expected to include 42 kWh and 49/51.4 kWh units, giving the Syros EV a competitive range for city and occasional highway use. Features like Level-2 ADAS, a 360-degree camera system, and a dual-screen interior layout are expected to be part of its equipment list.

Kia is targeting the mainstream EV market with this model, positioning it against popular rivals once final details are announced. Official specifications, variants and colour options will be revealed closer to launch.
