Tata Motors has confirmed that bookings for the new Sierra will open nationwide on 16 December 2025. Deliveries are scheduled to begin from mid-January 2026, aiming to quickly reach early customers. The SUV will be positioned as a premium mid-size offering between Tata’s Curvv and Harrier models.

The Tata Sierra will be offered in seven trims and six colour options at launch. Key features include a triple-screen dashboard layout, a large panoramic sunroof, and Level-2 ADAS safety technology. Engine choices include a 1.5-litre turbo-petrol unit producing 160 PS and 255 Nm, a naturally aspirated petrol engine, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine, while mileage figures are yet to be officially confirmed.
