Intro
The TVS Ntorq 150 is here and it’s for those who want more power than a 125 without jumping to a motorcycle – that’s why it matters. The new TVS Ntorq 150 starts at ₹1.19 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to ₹1.29 lakh for the higher-spec TFT variant. Bookings are open and deliveries will begin soon.
Design and hardware
Designed as an evolution of the Ntorq, the 150 gets quad LED projectors, sharper body panels and a split tail-light for a more aggressive stance that’s still daily friendly. It runs 12-inch wheels, telescopic fork, rear monoshock, front disc and rear drum and standard single-channel ABS for controlled stops. Built on the familiar Ntorq platform, the 150 gets retuned suspension with firmer springs and revised damping to cope with the added performance.
Engine, performance and ride modes
The 149.7cc, three-valve single is air-cooled and paired with a CVT, delivering 13.2 PS and 14.2 Nm, with a claimed top speed of 104 kmph. Two ride modes – Street and Race – and switchable traction control for real-world flexibility when roads get slippery or traffic gets tight. Expect a punchier mid-range than most 125s, making it ideal for city sprints.
Features and variants
Two trims are on sale: the Standard at ₹1.19 lakh and the TFT at ₹1.29 lakh, the latter adding a full-colour screen, connected features, and deeper ride data. Highlights include Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, segment-first adjustable brake levers, and a USB charging port. Practical touches like two utility hooks and a front cubby make it a better daily, not just a faster one.

📋 Latest Updates
Price, rivals and positioning
Priced at ₹1.19 lakh, the Ntorq 150 competes with the Yamaha Aerox 155 and larger-wheeled sporty 150–160cc rivals on performance and tech. Compared to Aerox, the Ntorq’s standard ABS, traction control and optional TFT console makes a strong case, while ground clearance and seat height numbers in the segment vary with Aerox being higher and less forgiving for shorter riders. If the brief is “sporty scooter with daily usability” this one’s hard to ignore.
Closing note
For those upgrading from 125cc scooters, the TVS Ntorq 150 is practicality with performance and features – exactly where it shines in urban India. The tech-rich TFT variant and safety kit will keep it relevant as rivals update through 2025.
