Kawasaki has launched the 2026 Kawasaki Versys 1100, with a fresh new look for its adventure-touring flagship. While the engine remains the same, the new dual-tone schemes will keep the S and SE variants looking modern and premium, after the bike was the official support motorcycle at the Tour de France.
New Colors for 2026
For the new year, the Versys 1100 S and Versys 1100 SE get two new combinations:
- Metallic Deep Blue / Metallic Diablo Black
- Emerald Blazed Green / Metallic Diablo Black
The standard Versys 1100 continues with its existing color, but these new colors give the higher trims a more aggressive road presence to match their tech-laden character.
Proven Power and Touring Tech
Under the new paint, the 2026 Kawasaki Versys 1100 still delivers long distance performance. It’s powered by a 1,099cc liquid-cooled, in-line four-cylinder DOHC engine, producing 135 PS at 9,000 rpm and 112 Nm at 7,600 rpm, with a 6-speed gearbox and Kawasaki Quick Shifter for clutchless shifting.
The SE variant gets Showa electronic semi-active suspension with “Skyhook” technology, which adjusts damping to keep the ride stable and comfortable. Both S and SE trims come with Kawasaki Cornering Management Function, Kawasaki Traction Control, electronic cruise control, multiple riding modes and a TFT display with smartphone pairing via the Rideology app.
Pricing and Launch Timeline
Pricing for the 2026 models will be announced soon, but expect a slight increase over the 2025 ex-showroom price of ₹12.90 lakh. Global deliveries will start soon, and the bike will be launched in India before the end of the year.
With its performance, electronics and new dual-tone colors, the 2026 Kawasaki Versys 1100 is a serious contender for riders looking for a capable and stylish adventure tourer.
