MG has priced the Cyberster electric roadster at ₹72.49 lakh (ex-showroom) for early pre-booked customers in India. For new customers, the price is ₹74.99 lakh. Deliveries start from August 10.

Sold through MG’s upscale ‘MG Select’ showrooms, the Cyberster steps in as India’s first electric convertible, aimed at EV fans and driving enthusiasts alike.

Futuristic Design Meets Convertible Fun

The MG Cyberster turns heads with its scissor-style doors, soft-top roof, and sleek profile designed for a 0.269 Cd drag coefficient. Up front, it has LED headlamps with unique DRLs, while the rear gets a full-width LED light bar with flowing indicators. It rides on 20-inch lightweight alloy wheels with Pirelli P-Zero tyres for better grip and handling.

MG Cyberster Performance and Range

Powering the Cyberster is a dual-motor AWD system that delivers a punchy 510 PS and 725 Nm, built for thrilling acceleration and strong grip. It can go from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.2 seconds, a feat that’s now in the India Book of Records and Asia Book of Records, as tested at Sambhar Salt Lake.

The power comes from a 77 kWh ultra-thin battery that gives a MIDC-claimed range of 580 km per charge. The Cyberster maxes out at 200 kmph, with the top speed electronically capped.

Tech-Filled Interior with Driver-Centric Features

Inside, the Cyberster is high-tech and premium. The dashboard features a triple-display layout, combining a 10.25-inch central infotainment screen with dual 7-inch driver-focused panels. Materials are vegan leather upholstery and Dinamica suede, both focused on comfort and sustainability.

You also get dual-zone AC with a PM2.5 filter, a rich-sounding BOSE audio system, and steering-mounted paddles to fine-tune regenerative braking. The safety package has Level 2 ADAS, multiple airbags, ESC, electronic differential lock and a high-strength H-frame structure for added protection.## Warranty, Charging, Colours

The MG Cyberster comes with a portable 3.3 kW charger, a 7.4 kW wall box charger and standard installation support. MG is offering lifetime battery warranty for the first owner and 3-year/unlimited kilometre vehicle warranty.

Buyers can choose from four eye-catching dual-tone finishes, including Nuclear Yellow with a black top, Flare Red paired with a black roof, Andes Grey matched with a red top, and Modern Beige contrasted by a red roof.
