The 2026 KLX 230 Dual-Sport arrives in India as a locally-built model positioned in the entry-to-mid dual-sport segment. Kawasaki has confirmed the standard variant for the Indian market, while international markets continue to offer versions such as the KLX230 S and KLX230 DF ABS with different suspension setups and accessories. The design updates include KX-inspired styling with revised shrouds, side panels and a slim dual-sport profile.

In terms of features, the motorcycle is equipped with a digital LCD instrument cluster, smartphone connectivity through Rideology The App Motorcycle, an LED headlight and switchable ABS depending on the market.
