Yezdi is all set to launch the 2025 Yezdi Scrambler and Roadster on August 12 with both bikes getting significant design and performance updates. Spy shots confirm these are not just cosmetic changes but bring in new tech and mechanical updates to keep them competitive in the middleweight space.

New Look for Yezdi Roadster

Roadster gets the boldest makeover yet.The rear now features a shorter fender and a number plate mounted on the swingarm, giving the Roadster a sharper, bobber-style look. A new taillight with turn indicators keeps it minimal and clean.

Reports suggest two versions may be in the works – a single-seater bobber and a more practical dual-seater, depending on the rider’s style. Thankfully the Roadster retains its twin exhausts, so it still looks like an old-school cruiser.

Scrambler Gets Functional Upgrades

Scrambler gets subtle visual changes but smart mechanical updates. It now has a single exhaust, likely lighter and more compact than before. Rear suspension looks revised, so it should be more comfortable on rough terrain – something the previous version lacked.

Alloy wheels means tubeless tyres and reshaped side panels gives it a sportier look.

New Engine and Safety Tech

Powering both bikes will be the same 334cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine seen on the latest Yezdi Adventure, now refined for smoother performance. In that bike it produces 29.6 PS and 29.6 Nm, similar figures are expected here with model specific tuning.

Big highlight is the expected addition of traction control to improve safety on slippery roads or off-road patches. Bikes will retain the three-mode ABS (Road, Rain, Off-road) with switchable rear ABS in Off-road mode.

Price and Rivals

Price will be announced at launch but a modest increase of around ₹5,000 over the current models is expected. Yezdi Scrambler 2025 will compete with Royal Enfield Scram 440 and Triumph Scrambler 400X. Yezdi Roadster 2025 will take on Meteor 350, CB350 and Jawa 42 FJ.Yezdi is back to play in a more refined space with more tech.
